CREATIVE LOVE…

Wow this is a really uniquely styled wedding hand made with LOVE…!!! John and Vernice were married at the beautiful Yindana Lake in March this year together with their their two children Tyler and Bray, John’s daughter Brooke, as well as Vernice’s sister Natika and her daughter Peppa-Lee, and John’s brother Rick joining them in the bridal party. It was a very creative and artistic wedding with Vernice’s mum leading the design and creation of all the decorations and accessories worn by all of the bridal party. Beautiful ornate paper crafted decorations were used throughout the wedding including Vernice’s bouquet and the groomsmen’s flowers. There was a peacock theme with feathers and a magnificent back drop behind the bridal table. It looked amazing! The Sebel hotel was decorated with lots of gorgeous paper  decorations hanging from the ceiling. Hope you enjoy their wedding photos!

I was invited to be a part of this years Wearable Art Competition for the Stretch Festival. This years theme was “Motion In The Wind” . There is so much talent in the region and there were some amazing designs and creations and many many hours spent in designing and creating their pieces. Make sure you also head down to Acseller8 in the Smart Street Mall to see some of these wonderful pieces on display as well as many other items handcrafted by Mandurah Artists. LOVE UNDER THE SHADE OF THE GUM TREE…

Love has been blossoming again in a another love story where Hayley and Daniel became husband and wife at the beautiful Forte Mandurah Quay under the shade of a gum tree. There was lots of fun moments while Hayley’s mum and grandmother helped to get her into her gorgeous wedding dress!  Hayley was excited to see Daniel when she turned up to the ceremony and walked down the aisle sharing that amazing first look! Hayley was beaming all day with her beautiful big smile! It was a pretty warm summer day but we got some amazing photos! Love the water pics! Have a look at their adorable flower girl . Enjoy!!

LOVE BY THE WATER….

Stingray point has hosted a lot of weddings this summer and here is another one of my beautiful summer weddings. Belinda & Graeme celebrated their love for each other over looking the beautiful blue waters of Stingray point, next door to the Fig Tree. Close family and friends were there to help them celebrate including their three gorgeous children-make sure you have a look at their pics they were great models for me! Belinda looked beautiful in her layered gown with sequin details. The beautiful finishing details on the girls were created by the Moving Makeup team! Graeme looked pretty handsome too-love the hat! Celebrations were held into the night at the Sebel Hotel. Enjoy!!

BLUE OCEAN LOVE…

Another beautiful summer wedding, Dani-elle and Peter united their love overlooking the beautiful waters at Point Perron in February this year.  There was a lot of sentimental value and great memories with the wedding location where family have spent a  lot of great times together on holidays. Dani-elle & Peter were joined by their close friends and family and their gorgeous little boy Marlley-have a look at his pics, he is a little cutie! The weather held out for us and created some amazing skies as we headed on location to take the photos. Love it when the clouds do this for me!!! The celebrations continued late into the night at the Cruising Yacht Club in Rockingham over looking the water. Enjoy!! 

Here is a lovely family I had the pleasure of photographing  a little while ago on their property in Lake Clifton. What  a wonderful location…love , love love the rustic feel and the antique props that were conveniently located for me to use as backdrops to my photos! The photo session was organised by Nadine for her a gift for her mum Sonya as a birthday present so we could capture the family together (not forgetting the dogs!) Thanks to Nadine, Sonya, Mike and Jake for making me so welcome on your property and for being such great models!!

VINTAGE ROMANCE….

Summer has been filled with LOVE, inspiration and romance. Kim and Russell had a very vintage theme to their wedding in January where they incorporated pieces of jewellery and special items from their grandparents into their wedding. Kim was honoured to be  wearing her grandmother’s veil along and beautiful pieces of antique jewellery. Russel was also wearing a family heirloom cygnet ring.  The reception was filled with antique vases and old fashioned flowers as a beautiful dedication to “Nonna Maria” .  It was a rather warm summer’s day and Kim & Russell look amazing in the photos despite the sweltering Summer heat. I love the bush location-one of my favourite settings…The bridal party did a wonderful job trying to keep everyone cool on the day. Have a look at the bridesmaids dresses they are gorgeous-hand made and designed by Kim’s bridesmaid Lara, what an amazing job! 

After taking lots of bush photos the ceremony was held at the Anglican Church in town followed by a  coolling reception down by the water at Forte Mandurah Quay Resort.

SUMMER LOVE…

It was a beautiful summer day when Dyan and Michael married at String Ray point in January this year. Dyan was absolutely glowing in her beautiful princess line gown with beautiful lace and crystal beading, when she vowed her true love to Micheal and they became husband and wife under the Fig tree. We had lots of fun taking the bridal party photos around the point and then it was back to the beautifully decorated Sebel hotel for the reception. Love is beautiful…Enjoy!

DIAMONDS ARE A GIRLS BEST FRIEND…

We all know the sure way to a girls heart is beautiful jewellery… Scott surprised Brooke before their wedding ceremony with a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for her to wear on their wedding day! They shared their love and said their vows under the Fig Tree in Mandurah in front of close family and friends in January this year. There was lots of sparkling fun and laughter during the photo shoot…they were having a ball and so were we! The party continued into the evening at the Sebel Hotel where lots of groovy dancing and partying took place. The room looked gorgeous thanks to the decorating  talents of  Brooke’s 2 sisters!
